The Spartanburg Association of REALTORS®, Inc. (SAR) established in 1939, provides a “Voice in Real Estate” for its members in Spartanburg and Union Counties, South Carolina. The Association provides real estate services to its 800+ REALTORS®.

SAR has a Governmental Affairs Director (GAD) to represent our local Association in monitoring local legislation and maintains a direct line of communication with our State and National legislative divisions.

Continuing Education (CE)

SAR currently partners with other local Associations in providing Online and Virtual CE classes. Access to Online CE classes available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Access to Virtual CE classes offered in an Interactive Format.

Code of Ethics

SAR participates in the SC REALTORS® Association Statewide Professional Standards program to assist in processing ethics complaints and arbitration requests efficiently. The program provides local associations with impartial and unbiased hearing panels.

ShowingTime Services

ShowingTime is a full-time appointment center and member benefit for SAR REALTORS® who also subscribe to the Spartanburg MLS.

State & National Membership Benefits

Membership with the Spartanburg Association of REALTORS® automatically extends your membership to the SC Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Members may be required to login before having access to portions of these websites.
