Affiliate members are individuals or organizations not licensed to sell or appraise real estate but have interests in acquiring information concerning the real estate industry and support the Spartanburg Association of REALTORS®.
The Spartanburg Association of REALTORS(SAR) is a membership association of over 850 REALTORS® and Affiliate members. Joining as an Affiliate member is a great opportunity to promote your organization’s business and network with real estate professionals in Spartanburg and Union counties.
SAR Affiliate Benefits
Affiliate members can be Mortgage Lenders, Attorneys, Web Designers, Public Service, Home Inspector, Pest Control Operator, and Radon Inspector
- Affiliate representative can attend the SAR quarterly membership meetings at no charge. Great opportunity to network.
- Affiliate contact information published on SAR web site.
- Affiliate representative eligible to set up a table at a quarterly membership meeting to display their products and services.
- Receive weekly SAR Updates by email.

In addition to the benefits listed above, a licensed home inspector, licensed pest control operator, or Radon Inspector who is an active SAR Affiliate member is eligible to apply for an Affiliate Supra eKEY (additional fees apply) upon providing the necessary documentation and fees.
